This release agent is made of fluoride, will not pollute the mold, spray in the metal or plastic can form a waterproof and anti-flush coating in the general molding process, with a good barrier material and mold function, the general stripping others can’t, SP-716 can be used to achieve excellent release.

Physical properties:

1. Does not contain CFC, no environmental issues.

2. Used at room temperature, belonging to the quick-drying type release agent.

3. There will be no secondary products and printing and other secondary processing problems.

4. Difficult to make mold contamination.

5. In the use of electronic products, does not affect the electrical characteristics of electronic products.

6. For interface from the type, finished product bad rate is low.

Main purpose:

1. Infusion molding of unsaturated resin; EXOXY'PHENOLIC

2. Molding of various rubber products; SBR'NBR, ACM, EPDM, NR, FKM, CR, BR

3. A variety of plastic injection molding; ABS, 475, ACYL, IC, PC, NYLON and so on

Instructions:

1. For the first time, please clean the mold first.

2. Spray the spray with SP-716 spray can to use.

3. or dip SP-716 with cloth of release agent, in a way to wipe the mold surface, in order to make fluoride ions can mold surface pinhole filled.

Precautions:

* It is strictly prohibited to place in the steam locomotive, the car and the sun direct exposure of the place, and away from the fire; should be stored in 45 ℃ below the cool and ventilated place.

* Please use the object before the surface is not visible at the trial, and use in no abnormal.

* Do not spray in the chamber, not ventilation places or to people, livestock, food and flame spraying.

* If inadvertent eating, please don’t induce vomiting or contact with the human body, any discomfort, carry this product, seek medical attention immediately.

* Please place in a place where children can not be obtained; forbidden for food.

Empty cans processing

When the empty cans still remain gas, please keep away from the fire, spray the exhaust gas out and take to the resources let the recycling staff to deal with. Because this product is a high pressure spray can, do not strongly pierce the cans or throw the empty cans into the fire. If improper storage lead to high pressure spray cans rust, do not continue to use, should be immediately discarded.
